The Texprocess Exhibition – 2017 Frankfort Edition is over…!  It was another successful show for Ascolite. Visitors from over 30 countries visited our booth to see the latest Ascolite innovations ! 

Under the slogan : „The Swiss – Innovation“, Ascolite was proud to present its latest developed and patented Button Clamp Shank Regulator. The wish of many garment manufacturers was realised ! The first ever real Index Unit to wrap button shanks. 

High wrapping quality, maximum production efficiency and high savings in yarn consumption are the key advantages of this new index unit. Visitors were impressed with our new machine and 8 x units  have been already pre-booked !

Ascolite  has introduced  a new standard of "Button Attaching Accuracy”  achieving  Button shank wrapping perfection.  The new Ascolite patented Button Clamp Shank Regulator is a brilliant solution to achieving button attaching quality every time.

Enabling  customers to achieve consistency of a perfectly wrapped button shanks and garment appearance. The new Ascolite button clamp shank regulator can be fitted quickly on many button attaching machines. The gap between the button and the fabric can be easily adjusted by the operator without the involvement of the engineering department staff being in attendance .
